Very rude and verbally, aggressive, front desk staff. Scheduled my appointment for a follow up three weeks in advance. Get a call as I am driving to the appointment that the nurse practitioner assigned to my appointment Does not handle weight loss management. Very poor customer service to be called as the patient is driving to the appointment. Horrible office and doctor. They have a 15 minute grace window for being late to appointments. Due to unforeseen traffic I arrived 3 minutes before that grace window close after sitting in my car for an hour and a half in traffic. The genius Dr. Vuong refused to see me and threw his own office policy aside. My appointment was at 3:45pm. I called at 3:16pm and was told I had until 4pm. I arrived at 3:57. Excellent doctor with terrific bedside manner. Highly recommend
Dr. Vuong is very sweet Dr listens and takes his time with you makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him.
