I had the worst experience, maybe also a real estate agent was involved but I paid 14,000 USD assuming they did a total plumbing recovery at a single home I recently purchased but just found out at the City's page at Job Cost-they put 1500 USD! on the top of it, in order to close the permit, I had many calls to company, at the time overseas and they really gave me a hard time. Learned my lesson.
