We spent several weeks looking at RVs at different dealerships and I cannot recommend Phil and the Terry Vaughn team enough. They were knowledgeable, fair, helped us find exactly what needed and walked us through every step. I buy from people, not places and I feel that everyone from the receptionist to the maintenance team had our best interest in mind and couldn't have been nicer. If you are in the market for an RV make sure you stop in here and ask for Phil

I have never done this before but I thought I should let everyone know not to have your RV repaired at Terry Vaughn RV on 45. Customer service is awful! Our camper has been on their lot for 2 weeks waiting on AN ESTIMATE for repairs and after MANY phone calls to them and not one returned call we still don't have an estimate. My husband even went by there yesterday and the manager assured him he would get a call - 24 hours later they still haven't called. We are picking it up today and will find another repair service.
