These people can say what they will, but Terry gets it done. She's a no BS, tell you how it is, old school, genuine business woman. There's a reason she is a TB top 3 realtor year after year. Numbers don't lie. If you want your house sold for top dollar call TT. *I have both bought and sold with Terry. The only negative I can say is we had a minor breakdown in communication both times. Terry was instrumental in crafting an offer that allowed me to get the house at the right price. Her network of vendors and partners also were critical to follow through efficiently on the transaction.

Tanner was very professional my In-Laws loved him. Gives great recommendations on Plumbers, Electricians etc after the sale. Comes in handy when you are new to the area!

Terry is, by far, the very best Realtor we have ever worked with (in 47 years of marriage, we have bought and sold a lot of real estate). She is smart, knows her business inside and out and, above all, very responsive. She is a very hard worker and it is a delight to be in her company. We highly recommend her.
