Excellent service, very professional but friendly and genuinely helpful. Eager to go the extra mile to give you exactly what you want. Very fair and affordable pricing. We scheduled a visit and they no called no showed (albeit we had severe thunderstorms but a call would’ve been nice). Once he came they weren’t able to identify an exact problem which is fine as it’s a process. However, they left screws and metal fragments on the floor afterwards knowing we had a baby here and as soon as they left, the one problem that was addressed immediately started again. When I texted him this I was ignored. We were told that our fan receiver was defective and needed the fan replaced but apparently told... read more
