Failed to show up for appointment!! I called and texted multiple times and got no response! After hours he called and stated he tried to call back but used the wrong number! If he cant push call back on his phone he probably is not the guy you want to fix your plumbing
Terry Smith is one of the best, if not the best plumber in town. He is honest and care about the satisfaction of his customers.

Excellent work at a very good price. Terry connected our lateral to our grinder pump. We were worried the yard would be torn up with all the equipment, but Terry left our yard looking better than when he started. He answered every dumb question I had and did not treat me like I was dumb, even though I have no clue when it comes to plumbing.
