Dr Simpson is fantastic. Very organised with appointments by sending out text messages, returns calls when required and engaged in providing you with solutions rather than just simply listening. I called many Psychologists along the way to find someone I was comfortable with and I could tell from the outset she was the one. A calm and sensible practitioner offering solutions. Could not recommend her more highly, 10 stars if I could!
Dr Simpson was highly recommended to me by my GP and I have found her to be courteous and extremely helpful in completely solving my problems. All calls and messages to her were attended to within 12 hours.
Doesn't respond to messages. Phoned, no response, so called again the following day. She didn't think it worth ringing to tell me she's booked out. Unimpressed.
