Having problems with sun roof took it back so many time they have no idea how to fix it
The faulty reverse parking sensor is directly related to the safety of the vehicle and the safety of people around it. Although I paid the full amount for the part, I waited around six weeks for it to arrive. However, when I returned for the replacement, I found out that the part ordered for my vehicle had been installed on another car, and I was told that I would need to wait another four to six weeks again. I received exceptional service from Paul Williams who was patient and went above and beyond to sort out an error caused by Taree Toyota Dealership - they incorrectly issued me Kluger books for my CH-R. Paul organised having the correct books sent down and the issue rectified. Very disappointing service experience. The biggest issue is the pickup process after being notified that the car service is complete. On multiple occasions, I've received a call or message saying my vehicle is ready, only to arrive and wait more than 30 minutes before actually being able to collect it. What's even more frustrating is that every staff member I speak to says, "It won't be long," yet the wait just keeps getting extended.
