My car broke down on the weekend randomly and no one was helpful or able to assist except for Nathan Duarte from Parramatta Toyota. He called me and spoke me through my options. He was extremely kind and understanding and helpful. He also got the problem fixed within the week and communicated with me about everything the whole time. Honestly top rate customer service and kindness the whole way through. I don't usually write reviews but I was so appreciative of his ways that I had to provide feedback.
Parramatta Toyota - Worst Service Experience I can’t believe they claim to represent Toyota. I purchased a TOYOTA RAV4 in November 2024, and since then, I’ve had ongoing issues with the audio head unit. Despite multiple visits, they couldn’t fix it. In January 2025, they said they would escalate the issue to JBL to have the unit replaced.
