I just had some routine maintenance done at Terry's and I will be back with my truck the next time I have an issue. The guys are kind, clean, well-mannered, and not pushy. I was able to have someone pick me up but if I needed to hang out there for a few hours, I would have felt comfortable doing so. There's a space to pull out your computer to work and they have a stocked mini fridge.
ATTENTION AVOID THIS REPAIR SHOP a customer brought their vehicle to my shop after Terry's north coast did over $3k of repairs. Some of the repairs were a new steering rack, new pressure hose, new return hose, and a wheel alignment. She had already took it back to them once since the repairs because one of her wheels fell off and it was leaking power steering fluid still. It was then brought to me because it was still leaking. I am not sure why I waited so long to come see the BEST! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! Dealership quality customer service without the dealership problems or prices! Independent service shop without the lack of EXCELLENT customer service! It's worth the drive from the suburbs to see a quality mechanic with GREAT SERVICE! I was driving on my way to a gas station to get some air and one of the gentleman that work there at. Terri told me to pull the lawn air in my tire and they sure that my tire pressure was accurate and I really appreciate his service i was on a complete flat
