I am not sure why I waited so long to come see the BEST! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH! Dealership quality customer service without the dealership problems or prices! ATTENTION AVOID THIS REPAIR SHOP a customer brought their vehicle to my shop after Terry's north coast did over $3k of repairs. Some of the repairs were a new steering rack, new pressure hose, new return hose, and a wheel alignment. She had already took it back to them once since the repairs because one of her wheels fell off and it was leaking power steering fluid still. It was then brought to me because it was still leaking. My wife , 2013 Buick Encore was running sluggish and when she took it to autozone , they said it was a knock sensor. I google car repair service near me and located Terry's Auto Repair. The representative told me they have to run a diagnostic on their own to see what they come up with because they cannot rely on anything from Auto Zone. I received the call telling me that it was the knock sensor and that they would have to remove the valve gasket and some other parts in order to get to it. I was driving on my way to a gas station to get some air and one of the gentleman that work there at. Terri told me to pull the lawn air in my tire and they sure that my tire pressure was accurate and I really appreciate his service i was on a complete flat
These guys were amazing! My daughter just moved to cleveland and her car wouldn't start. From the first phone call to when my daughter picked her car up(which was next day) they were professional, knowledgeable, understanding, kind, and quick!!! I would highly recommend them if you are in that area!!!! Excellent from start to finish!!!!!!
