⭐ One Star – Disrespectful Behavior Toward Service Animals and Clients 300 23rd street. Boise. I visited Terry Reilly for medical care with my trained service dog, who helps monitor my blood sugar. During my visit, I briefly parked so I could address my health needs, and my dog let out a single bark—nothing aggressive, just part of her alerting behavior. Nicole, the woman at the front desk, immediately told me, “Service dogs don’t bark,” and insisted I leave. This is not only incorrect, but also disrespectful and dismissive.... read more
