Gorgeous office, great staff, but I am very unhappy with my surgery by Dr. Maffi. The heavy scarring and extensive permanent nerve damage should not have happened.
This plastic surgeon has magic hands and uber skills. Highly recommend. There is NO ONE better. He is also very personable, professional, and has a kind caring staff.
Everyone in this office is not only professional but genuinely warm individuals as well. In the past Kathy who is the injectable Maven has worked her magic and recently after a procedure when I called to ask a question I immediately received a call back by Dr. Maffi himself. He not only answered my question he asked if I had any other concerns and how was I feeling. He is an outstanding surgeon & a caring individual as well. I recommend them without reservation.
I am very happy with my facelift and blepharoplasty results. He is professional with excellent bedside manner. I felt he had extensive teaching materials and took time to make sure I had my questions answered.
Not only is he a skilled surgeon, he cares, educates, is honest and is invested in providing his patients with best possible results. The entire team are simply wonderful at listening, treating and following through with comprehensive health care to make you feel healthy and natural.
