Excellent service reasonable prices, Luis the head mechanic is the man ! Very very good mechanic and I just don't let anybody touch my vehicle ! Luis is spot on nice and honest a straight up mechanic!
Rob and his technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and very honest! I took my car into Terry P Automotive after a long road trip and they physically showed me all the issues that needed to be fixed. I desperately needed my shocks to be fixed and they fixed the issue completely! They kept me updated through the tune up and fixed everything I had mentioned the car needed. Really great people! Will definitely be back!
My check engine light came on. It was the Thermostate. It was late on a Saturday. They were not only willing to get the repair done, but checked everything thoroughly to be sure my car was fixed right. I highly recommend Terry P's Automotive.
Was on my way from Cape Coral to Jacksonville FL and my VW Passat broke down. It was misfiring on all cylinders. I had replaced the plugs and coils so I didn't think that was the issue. Terry Ps automotive was the only place open Saturday afternoon so I called and they said bring it in. Long story short, they diagnosed yet another bad coil and replaced the coils, cleaned the plugs and it ran perfectly. Terry Ps automotive saved me yesterday and I continued on my way to Jacksonville. We had a dead as a door nail battery in our car. When charging the battery I found the brake lights were stuck on, and then had drained the battery. A call to Terry P's had our car back in service in short order! They had the replacement parts ordered and received before we got our car to the shop! Great service, nice people, and very fair prices! 👍
