My mom, my daughter and I have all had our vehicles worked on and each time the prices have been very reasonable! Every member of the team is honest, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions. I recommend them to everyone when asked about a good mechanic.
Rob and his technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and very honest! I took my car into Terry P Automotive after a long road trip and they physically showed me all the issues that needed to be fixed. I desperately needed my shocks to be fixed and they fixed the issue completely! They kept me updated through the tune up and fixed everything I had mentioned the car needed. Really great people! Will definitely be back!
We had a dead as a door nail battery in our car. When charging the battery I found the brake lights were stuck on, and then had drained the battery. A call to Terry P's had our car back in service in short order! They had the replacement parts ordered and received before we got our car to the shop! Great service, nice people, and very fair prices! 👍
I’ve always had the worst luck with mechanics. Same old taking advantage of a woman routine. Even when I’ve researched long and hard through reviews and used word of mouth recommendations. Finally I have found someone I can trust to not jack up prices and do the job right the first time without endless new things that require return visits. The mechanic Luis is very knowledgeable and professional, and I love the affordable upgrades-they even have car wash and detailing so my baby is 100% ready to be back out on the road!
I can not stress enough how amazing this business is. I had a transmission problem to where my car wasn’t recognizing that it was in park therefore not allowing me to turn the vehicle off. I called Terry P’s and they said that they were closing soon but I could come anyway. This business was super professional and went above and beyond to fix my car even after hours. I definitely will be taking all of my business to them.
