I've seen some of their negative reviews and in the past I may have agreed. But the last 2-3 years I've noticed a change in the customer service and my husband and I have both had only positive experiences with them the this and last summer. They know what they're doing, they're not trying to upsell me on chems I don't need and everyone who has assisted me is kind.
Do not bother calling. They are not taking on new customers. Even if they were the ones that originally installed your pool. No staff.
Experts who have forgotten more about pools than I will ever know!
Terry Pool Co. Are great. I call about what I need and when I get there it's on the counter waiting for me.
