Went to trade in my 2021 Dodge Ram Big Horn 1500 Hemi and the guy that appraised it came out looking like he was homeless, with a dirty T-shirt, bad worn out shorts, and 20yr old shoes! He wouldn’t even tell me himself what he would give me for my trade-in! The car salesman was extremely nice, dressed very well and polite and had to do the guys dirty work. Poor everytime!!!!
Took car in for an oil change to save driving 30+ miles. Charged $40.00 for labor to replace car air filter and cabin filter. When questioned, the service manager stated "he had to pay his boys." Will drive the extra miles the next time. Wouldn't recommend this business for service and despise I was overcharged. Way to go Terry's Auto!
Drove all over kingdom come to get an imaginary fuel smell looked at just to be told "we aren't interested." Waist of time
