Service Dept. I often come here. It was last minute, I was a walk-in and they couldn't take me. Took my car somewhere else and had to have it fixed four times. Hard lesson learned, Terry's is worth the wait and the price.
Customer service was awesome and very professional. The process was not as time consuming as I have experienced when purchasing vehicles at other (previous) dealerships.

Went to trade in my 2021 Dodge Ram Big Horn 1500 Hemi and the guy that appraised it came out looking like he was homeless, with a dirty T-shirt, bad worn out shorts, and 20yr old shoes! He wouldn’t even tell me himself what he would give me for my trade-in! The car salesman was extremely nice, dressed very well and polite and had to do the guys dirty work.
