Dr Terry Moy-Brown is a fantastic doctor; I've gone several times in the past 10 years for urgent care and received treatments and care plans that remedied the illnesses.

Worst experience I’ve had at a VC location. The staff were unprofessional in their attire and attitudes. Dr. Moy-Brown did not provide adequate information about my possible condition, tests or treatment. Initially she said, based on a rude Nurse’s notes, that I had a kidney stone. This is without examining me. When I explained I was not having pain on my side but toward the front of my abdomen she responded “well that’s not what was written down” as if I were wrong. Took husband (61 with compromised immune system) to Salmon Creek Urgent Care where Dr. Moy-Brown saw him. He tested positive 6/19/22 at home for Covid; symptoms began that same morning. UC tested him, was confirmed positive. Dr. gave inhaler & cough pills. When I called 2-days later to speak with advice nurse about him taking Benydryl for itching/burning skin, she asked why we declined the antiviral during our visit with Dr. Moy-Brown.
