I have long history of allergies. He prescribed a drug I was allergic to despite having a list of my allergies. The pharmacist was quite upset.
I received a cosmetic rhinoplasty from McMallan about a year ago to remove a hump on my nose and give it more of an upward slope shape. I expressed to McMillan how important it was for my nose not to appear “droopy” anymore as it was one of the main reasons I’d be spending $5,000+ for this surgery. Dr. McMillan strong-armed me into allowing him perform balloon sinuplasty for my very severe chronic sinusitis. I was never a good candidate for this procedure, but I understand it bills for a great deal of money, and must be frequently repeated - unlike the endoscopic sinus surgery that I should have had. The procedure was brutal; over two hours long, incredibly painful, and absolutely terrifying (no sedation was administered to me). Regret taking my elderly mother to Dr. McMillan. We disclosed that she had glaucoma; yet, he prescribed a nasal spray for drippy nose that caused my mother's eye pressures to shoot up and cause complications with her eyes! The nose spray was NOT supposed to be prescribed to people with glaucoma!
Had a sinus surgery by Dr. McMillan in his office. I was having constant headaches and sinus infections and the surgery has changed my life. He and his staff were very helpful and professional.
After two previous unsuccessful rhinoplasties, I could not breathe and was very unhappy with my nose.
