Terry McCall is a scam artist. Cathia Marrero coerced me into signing a policy knowing I wouldn't be able to do anything with any check issued to me, as a result of this I am out $1100 and Mr McCall kept repeating to me "I wish there was something I could do to help you resolve this" well Mr McCall, you can give me the $1100 your agent essentially STOLE from me!!! There are plenty of other State Farm agents, try getting insurance from one who isn't as corrupt as the team at this location.
