Had my 2014 Chevy Malibu in for service for a simple battery replacement on 3/28/2016 wated about two hours for the job to get done even though I had a appointment ! When I got home and opened the hood the battery cover was damaged and had been cracked !! Called service department and asked to speak to the manager was told person was not available and expected a return call.
