This review is for the office processes/systems, not Dr. Jones. My husband has seen Dr. Jones before and was very happy with him. I decided to see him for a general check. We live in the boonies, an hour or more from any specialist, so I made back-to-back appointments for both of us. When I called, I was told I needed pre-authorization from my insurance, and the doctor's office would request that. Yesterday, I got a text message asking me to check-in online. Dr jones is the best a few years ago I had an infected cyst on my back I went to him to have it removed and he did a great job I recommend him
