This is a review of the RV service only. Worst customer service. Follow up was horrible. The service clerk never knew what was going on. He didn't listen and was extremely rude. They had our RV for over 5 months and there was more wrong with it when we finally got it back than when we took it in. Then they wanted to charge us again when we brought it back in for them to fix! We purchased our 2014 Equinox from them and we get good service there. I know that the body shop does excellent work because I've seen their work many times. And I know that you will get an absolute honest estimate from them because my son works in that department.
They did an amazing job on our camper!! Very easy process!!
