Showed up to get my C8 state inspection. Although I did not have an appointment Richard Gillespie was able to fit me in rather quickly. His friendly service and willingness to help me was greatly appreciated. Thank you to Richard for making my experience as smooth as possible and for having the job done within 30 minutes.
The customer service assoc. was exceptional! The phone # that Enterprise Rental had on file was discontinued so when I came to drop off my car. I wasn’t aware that they had tried to reach me and had no cars available for the date of my drop off. The associate tried to line up another car and we agreed to postpone the drop off till several days later. She explained the service at Labonte offers and assured me that they advocate for the customer, not for the insurance agency involved.
I love how I can pull into the bay, get my appointment going. Love the complimentary coffee and muffins in the lobby. They move fast! There's never a long wait. Very hospitable!
