This place put $25 into collection agency for not canceling appointments for overseas trip, without verbally telling about the change. Front office personnel very rude.

I had a great experience with Dr. Igor Bussel at Brilliant Eye Center. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my options for cataract surgery. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well cared for throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Bussel to anyone with an eye condition or considering cataract surgery.
