Great Broker and we would be homeless without the hard work Terry put in getting our mortgage approval. After being approved at a bank and then failing to actually approve us when we put a downpayment on a home we got an accepted offer on, we almost lost out on the home but Terry got it for us. He was actually the only financial broker that came through and actually cared about getting us a mortgage. I recommend Terry to anybody and suggest seeing Terry above Banks and any other mortgage broker in the Kingston area.
