Great Quality Had my convertible top on my 95 Mustang GT done here almost 2 years ago and it still looks great. Seams are flawless and turnaround time is quick. Gene took great care of me and gave me the best deal around by far. Highly recommended!
Bad service Was told by service personnel that they would return to my home at 0830 the following morning. At 1100 contacted Alameda Pro-Rooter was told that they were on another job and would get there afterword. Told service rep that I had lost 3 hours of work because of plumbers not showing up at stated time. I asked what sort of discount I could expect - the man laughed. Personnel showed up around 1200 and completed job full price.
Ruined my car! My gorgeous classic Mustang was DESTROYED! I think they used parts from my car for their own classic Mustang at the shop. The service was horrible, they ruined my transmission while replacing my speedometer cable and DENIED it! They ruined (or took mine?) starter, I had to buy a new one. The gages don't work any longer, the windshield wiper blade switch that they so graciously replaced without me asking, DOESN'T WORK! I had to order a new one.
