Do not go here for service and especially avoid John Moen. TL/DR: avoid Frisco and make the extra drive to Denton. Moen is a crook. Incredibly unwilling to negotiate, particularly on a good chunk of work. You are just a number and even a nuisance for him. I brought my car in for service and estimate. They performed an inspection on my vehicle without permission and charged me $210.00 per hour for the time. The total of the suggested repairs came to over $4000. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE

Sales people are good to work with and the process went well. Then after purchase of the Ram truck buried in the paper work and we were never told that the truck had the Lojack vehicle tracking system installed which added $300 to the purchase and it was unwanted for me and they would not fix it. They install them on all there vehicles. Also the installation was done poorly wires hanging from under dash. Read carefully because they will scam every dollar out of you.
I didn't get the spare key or owner's manual with my new truck purchase. I thought that was extremely weird. Ohter than that it was a good experience.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Homer Skelton and would not recommend this dealership based on how my repair has been handled. I brought my RAM to Homer Skelton because it was overheating. At the time I dropped it off, there were no check engine lights or diagnostic codes. They Fabricated finding hot spots on my 2024 Ram 1500 with 37k miles. Had a third party go inspect the truck and no hot spots were found. They charged me $1000 for a jeep that had a safety recall on it. Then to hide their fraud they called my lender and said it was abandoned and had it hauled off after I had already sent them a certified letter telling them not to touch my truck due to upcoming litigation.
