I hired Mr Hawtin for an over 80 charge. Not only did he rarely communicate with me regarding the case, he didn't send me my probation order until 3 days AFTER, I was supposed to have the interlocking system installed. He continually told me that taking my case to trial would be unlikely to conclude in my favour, and convinced me that it was better to take the lesser charge of Careless driving, with a $1,000 fine and 15 months with an interlocking system installed on my vehicle (with an exception for work vehicles). I would highly recommend Mr Hawtin for representation on legal matters. I hired Mr. Hawtin for a Care and Control charge and a over 80 charge of which both charges were dismissed.
