We have never had a single phone call returned. Policy changes were made without my knowledge, only realizing with price increases. The person who sold me the policy was nice(Shea Bentz) but once that was completed we have never had any responses from Terry despite messages left. I will not be an Allstate customer again
This is going to be the worst Insurance Agency I've ever dealt with. I've been working with Mo for about a year and a half now. Within the first 6 months of having my insurance I got a letter from the MVA twice saying my insurance had lapsed because the insurance agency did not send the data that needed to be sent to the MVA stating my insurance had been paid up to date. Worked with Shea Bentz, who was lovely to talk to when setting up the policy. Since then, Shea and Terry have been impossible to get in contact with and of course neither are answering the phone when I'm trying to cancel my auto and home insurance policies. Geico on Duke Street is the move!
