Was very disappointed with my experience with Terry Frank. We used her services to set up a basic trust and will. It usually took multiple emails for her to respond to questions. She had many errors in our drafts including things as simple as the correct spelling of our names and as big as the wrong language for what our wishes will be should we become incapacitated to make decisions.
