Terry Family Plumbing was excellent. John arrived fast when I had a sewer line leak in the crawl space of my older home in New Braunfels. He walked me through everything in simple terms, took photos, and used a sewer camera to inspect the line and clearly show where the problem was. best service in new braunfels. i have been using terry family plumbing for my plumbing repair needs for a long time. i am always careful about hiring someone who might push extra work i do not need, especially with big-ticket items like a water heater. my old hot water heater has a lot of age on it, so i know it will need to be replaced someday, but avery came out, fixed the small issue in about 10 minutes, checked the unit over for any other plumbing problems, and did not try to pressure me into buying a new one. that kind ... read more
