Last night, we had a backup in our main sewer line. Those pesky roots can really cause trouble! I searched for plumbers nearby and found a small business. I decided to give them a call. I explained the situation, and they assured me it would be no problem. They said they would call someone and get back to me quickly. I recently reached out to Terry Family Plumbing with a minor issue regarding our new water heater. We had been without hot water for quite some time. Previously, another plumber came and charged us for a part on our old water heater, but it didn't resolve the issue.
