Awful customer service. My babies doctor sent a perscription on July 1st. Within an hour of the appt I get a text from Terry Drugs that they recieved it and are working on it. Few days go bye and I never recieve any text or call that my perscription was ready. I don’t typically have an opinion on pharmacies, but Terry’s Drugs in Bloomfield is my pharmacy. I keep their number filed with that of any doctors I may receive care from. Like the town of Bloomfield, Terry’s looks like a small town pharmacy which would make most people pass it by assuming they have a limited staff, limited inventory and high prices as the can’t get discounts like big chains (I.e., CVS, Walgreens, etc.). I greatly appreciate the service we get at Terry Drugs. One the Rx's we fill there has had supply chain issues for years. Terry staff are always extremely helpful, figuring out solutions, and sorting through related snags with insurance.
Let me tell you some about Terry’s drugs I am been to every drugstore probably in New Jersey either working or just moving around during when I was a private investigator one thing about Tyrese they’re very thorough. They help you out if you run out of prescription a couple days early they’ll either help you along call your doctor.
