I called this office to ask a question. The 5 minute Dignity Health commercial ran even though allegedly I was first in the cue. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I won't be going to this doctor based on this. UPDATE: I called back because I desperately needed to see a doctor and this was the one on my ins card. OMG, night and day difference. I don't rate very many businesses, but after seeing the one-star review I thought it would be worth sharing my opinion. I really like dr. Chen, because I feel like she truly listens to my concerns and then provides options for treatment so that I can choose how to handle my health. I have not experienced any issues with the office staff, but have gone to Great doctors with incompetent staff before and at the end of the day it's the doctor making the decision not to staff.
