Dr. Carman did surgery on me last week and I must say he's the best. I'm happy I was referred to him.
First time experience. It was exceptional. He listened, straight and to the point with a plan! I knew he was accurate in his assessment of care.
Doctor brushed aside my husbands concerns. He had surgery to have a hernia repair and sent him home with the lowest pain medication on the scale and when I called to see if they could get him something else or more medication they told us to alternate between Tylenol and ibuprofen. Even though they told us he would be painful and swollen for at least a week. He can still barely stand up on his own. Definitely won’t be going back to Mercy Health for any kind of surgery unless I want to be painful during my recovery.
Recently had surgery to remove several benign tumors. Dr. Carman did a fantastic job. He is very personable, friendly and provides several opportunities for you to ask questions. An excellent experience.
