Husband has confirmed Via MyChart several times that his medicine would be sent in and ready when he finished his bottle. We go to pick it up—lo and behold, it hasn’t even been sent in. Been trying to call since a little before 4:00PM and can’t get a hold of anyone. The machine actually says it’s outside of business hours. Update the business hours if you’re going to leave at 3-4PM. Most people work until 5:00PM. Just need to do better. Other than that, care for him has been good.
