I’m extremely disappointed with a family member’s recent experiences at this office, specifically because of the front office staff member, Madison. She has consistently come across as unprofessional and difficult to deal with, and it has gotten to the point where my family and I genuinely dread going to an office we’ve trusted for years. Dr. Ball takes her time with me and answers all of my questions. She is kind, caring and honest. She always makes me feel comfortable and really listens to my concerns.
