I really like Dr. Terry Baker. Not a fan of his front desk ladies. I’m still waiting to check in. I’ve been waiting in line for over 10 minutes and both women at the front desk are having conversations that aren’t regarding medical. It’s not necessary for the ladies to be chatting when there is a line
I had a great experience with Dr.Terry Baker. He was very calm, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. He placed a tube in my ear and completely fixed my issue in about 30 minutes. I’m really grateful for how smooth and quick everything was. Highly recommend!

My mom went in for a nosebleed that wasn’t stopping and had been going on for days. We had already gone to a family clinic and made TWO ER trips who referred us to see an ENT. To say I’m utterly disappointed is an understatement. I work in healthcare so I know what a good and ethical provider looks like. Dr.Baker is not that. He was very rude and dismissive.
