My mom went in for a nosebleed that wasn’t stopping and had been going on for days. We had already gone to a family clinic and made TWO ER trips who referred us to see an ENT. There is so much I could say, but I will try to keep this somewhat brief. Dr. Baker is an excellent doctor. My experience is that he treats patients well. But for the most part, the staff that I have dealt with is ... well ... not well-trained, kind, or professional. I called to change an appointment earlier this week, and it has become a whole big drama. A drama that I, as a patient, do not want or need. Both Terry and Austin are amazing and very attentive, They went out of their way to make sure I was healing and making progress. They are knowledgeable , kind, and thorough providers.
