Switched my MAT from ITS and I'm glad that I did. Began registration at 11am and had things resolved and had my prescription filled by the pharmacy right there in the lobby by 3pm. How convenient. Everyone I encountered was very polite and professional. Would recommend terros health
Everyone is so nice and helpful to my son..it's clean and comfortable in the lobby. There is a lot of support here. The front office is very helpful and kind.
I recently visited Terros university location. I had an excellent experience with the engagement specialist Valita and medical assistant Julie. They provided outstanding customer service were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire interaction. Everything was handled efficiently and with great communication. God bless you both for your kindness and support.
I mean, it’s probably as good as it’s gonna get for like , what it is. Ive really only seen the group treatment offerings here as an outpatient, but I know there’s inpatient treatment that they have availability and resources to direct you to whatever is going to fit your individual needs. I think Lifewell and Terros are still involved with each other in business for inpatient/ rehab last I checked…allegedly. For research purposes only.
