I often don’t approve of Terros, especially the likes of Terros Enclave in Tempe and Maverick House in Glendale, but I actually appreciate how they allow homeless people to sleep and seek refuge there. Way to show solidarity and support for the most vulnerable in our community! Go Terros! 🫡✊🏽🏩💙💯
Rough start to initiate a treatment plan. Played phone tag and missed a visit during the first week or so. Once I finally had my 1st appointment and met my ‘recovery coach’, I learned he is a peer in recovery which is always nice since they really can empathize with you and do. Sadly after COVID they just haven’t been the same. They say they will prescribe you medication. The medication they send to the pharmacy is for a completely different health issues. I had to refuse multiple medications for the pass three years. I did have a break from them from summer 2024 til the summer 2025. I went back in hopes of getting better care, but it was worse. I asked if I can switch to a male doctor. They told me, there were no male doctors. So I switch doctors back to the doctor whom was helping me in 2024. But... read more
Every time I need to call to schedule an appointment, or ask about a prescription, or request a refill, I need to call upwards of 15 times a day just to get through to somebody. They rarely respond to voicemails. This is a monthly occurrence, as my meds are a controlled substance that can't just be refilled automatically. It's been really stressful, as I have no real way of knowing whether I have to skip a dosage to stretch it out, or to keep taking it just to function. I was going to change my services over to Terros Health. I was unable to complete my intake paperwork online, due to my inability to access both links within the patient portal. Both lead to a 404 error link, so how can I authorize that I've received electronic copies? After stating this very simplistic issue, a scheduler continued to ask me the same information, that I explained multiple times. Then, tells me I can check-in early and screenshot all the paperwork.
