If I could give zero Stars I would. My son had a mental health crisis yesterday and the hospital reached out to Tara's health and a counselor did come right away and made an appointment to follow up this morning. She never showed. I contacted their office and she called me 30 minutes after she was supposed to be here and wanted to do like a over the phone follow up with me, his mom I can see why they only have two stars
More like negative… I give them no stars for no help Big Joke and excuse for giving people a job that do nothing about mental health and families in Crisis!
Blow hards with no results. They have only caused more confusion and I don't know who to turn to.
Horrible at communicating. Applied numerous times no call back went down there personally no answer at door . This place made me mentally unstable just jumping through hoops to even get a job . Arizona needs to do better cause this is by far the worst state to try to find stable work in .
