If I can give Terros 0 stars I would. I am not court ordered to be here. They treat me like I am. They have made me more suicidal than ever. I cannot get ahold of my PCP. People at the front desk are so rude. I have so much anxiety calling this place now
The primary care provider at this location told me if I can make it to a doctors appointment I’m fine when I expressed concerns about my health. That’s the level of care you get there. It’s very difficult to get them to answer the phone or return calls. I had to beg to be on medication for diabetes when I am a diabetic. The level of care at this location is very low. I used to be a patient. My last appt was scheduled for last December of 2024 with the psychiatrist Laura Wolf. The terros office called me that day to confirm my appointment and they took my copayment. But at the time if my appointment Laura Wolf, the psychiatrist never called. They dropped me as a patient for a no show and never refunded my copay they took. And because of Laura wolf's negligence. Thank you Laura Wolf. Can someone please call me? I was transferred to your "care" last week. My old clinic told me that I should've heard from you all within 24 hours. It's been a week. I was discharged from one clinic to you guys and have been getting the run around. I Was told this morning to call back later. I did. The girl who I spoke with put me on "hold" then transferred me. Now when I call back no one answer AND your voicemail was full. Not a good first impression.
