Seriously awsome place. If you get your blood drawn..... Ask for Athena or Carla. Seamless and your want feel a thing. They should get a raise!
I love Terros because they are not just mental health oriented. They can also attend to your physical health as well. They have always been thoughtful, genuinely concerned, and helpful above and beyond. I literally LOVE them. I would recommend them to EVERYONE. Five stars aren't enough, in my humble opinion. (Just saying...☺️)
Update : 2/05/26. Terros responded to this review by asking me to email their patient advocate. I did this about 6 weeks ago. No response. This is consistent with the level of care or service Terros provides. The primary care provider at this location told me if I can make it to a doctors appointment I’m fine when I expressed concerns about my health. That’s the level of care you get there. It’s very difficult to get them to answer the phone or return calls. I had to beg to be on medication for diabetes when I am a diabetic.... read more
Everyone there is so nice to me except for Laura Sepulveda, She is a giant fussy-bottom without manners. Instead of politeness she is filled with self-importance. I have every service they offer filled by other providers but they're all spread out. I was planning to get all the things all under one roof with Terros. But now I am nervous to do that. I was supposed to have my 1st assessment with you guys on the 10th of December but I couldn't even go as my appointment was canceled by you guys which I dont understand why when I got a message saying that my appointment was at 11am but yet I got told that it was at 10:30. I really don't understand how they could change my appointment time without me confirming it first. Definitely don't recommend this place which i should of known just by looking at their reviews
