Had a leg x-ray due to damage
Had my ultrasound today. The service i got was really good. From the receptionist to the radiologist everyone was so nice and supportive. thank you.
Stuff is slow, came in for an ultrasound ended up waiting over 40mins just to be seen. The reception staff are slow and look disingenuous. Would not recommend
My husband, son and I have had several scans performed at this facility over the past couple of years. Unfortunately, I have consistently left feeling very upset and dehumanised after each visit. The health professionals fail to offer even the most basic courtesy — there is no greeting, no introduction, and no explanation of the procedure. At the conclusion of the scan, they simply leave the room without any communication or opportunity for discussion.
