After appointment time waited 2 hours This is my third time experience. Holding bladder for long time for the ultrasound.
I’ve never had a bad experience here personally they’ve always been lovely and punctual but today I have called 8 times this morning and it keeps saying they are closed and open at 8am the first time I called it was 8.30am this is kind of ridiculous what is going on with their phone lines
Extremely poor front desk and over all service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a second opinion for my ultrasound scan and it found a mass that Territory Xray had missed, Territory Xray also refused my mammogram due to my age. Extremely poor service, waste of money, time and resources.
Lack of giving information. They charged me for both of US breast left and right but did not tell me that cost for both. If they tell me about it I would do both for $122.40 rather than got a refund $12.20 for not doing another side. The US breast staff was okay not that friendly.
Receptionist talking about customers, also kept changing appointment times without notice. Very unhappy. Wont be coming back if I can avoid it.
