Our experience with this real estate agency was very disappointing. After vacating the property, they took 3 weeks to return our bond, which caused us a lot of unnecessary hardship. On top of that, they unfairly deducted one day’s rent even though we returned the keys on time. The inspection also took over an hour, which felt excessive. They respond to emails promptly and efficiently, and whenever I've needed maintenance or repairs, they’ve handled it quickly which honestly made a big difference in my rental experience. Natasha and Stuart were great agents for us as renters. They were helpful and reactive to property issues and were very understanding and reasonable at our lease sign on and break.
