I cant believe He's still at it
Very disappointing experience. The application process took an unreasonably long time, and when I followed up, I was told the owner was “working in mining” and hadn’t decided yet. Then, within an hour, I received an email saying my application was unsuccessful because they already had someone else lined up. If the property was already intended for someone else, what was the point of inspections and making applicants go through lengthy application forms? This felt like a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.
Stuart and his team from Territory Real Estate have been managing our property for about three years now, and we’ve been very happy with his responsiveness to our opinions and his helpful professional advice. Absolute slumlord timewasters - charging top dollar for very run down properties in shady parts of town is one thing, but the attitude and complete lack of communication is next level. Our experience with this real estate agency was very disappointing. After vacating the property, they took 3 weeks to return our bond, which caused us a lot of unnecessary hardship. On top of that, they unfairly deducted one day’s rent even though we returned the keys on time. The inspection also took over an hour, which felt excessive.
