Very disappointing experience. The application process took an unreasonably long time, and when I followed up, I was told the owner was “working in mining” and hadn’t decided yet. Then, within an hour, I received an email saying my application was unsuccessful because they already had someone else lined up. If the property was already intended for someone else, what was the point of inspections and making applicants go through lengthy application forms? This felt like a complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

Absolute slumlord timewasters - charging top dollar for very run down properties in shady parts of town is one thing, but the attitude and complete lack of communication is next level.
