Terrible communication and look out for the small print about hitting water pipes, they will just expect you to pay for the plumber and the ignore you totally when you reach out and try to communicate with them. Update, they replied over a month ago said they would reimburse me half the plumbing bill and are now ignoring me when I email them again nothing at all complete silence great company to use when they treat you like this. Writing on here seems to be the only way to get a response from them.
Terrible company. Tech didn’t even bring a ladder for a job in a ceiling. Then they lied. Set a time to collect traps and still haven’t shown up weeks later. Good luck if you choose these idiots. Only giving one star because it won’t let me choose no stars.
