I wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding the conduct and practices of this clinic’s management and reception staff. I was charged for an extended consultation without any prior warning, despite having booked and paid for a standard session. They are very predatory management. They charged me for a long consultation without any prior warning after I paid for a regular session. There needs to be consumer warning when a session is about to become too long so I can leave earlier and save money. Rude and unclear receptionists, also rude on the phone.
Having our recent Dr of many years leave Darwin and my husband who is ex ADF with dementia I was ‘ doctor shopping ‘ with a very specific set of criteria because of my husband’s condition- that Dr Andropov met - i called the clinic after reading their online blurb. Seems Dr Andropov doesn’t actually see any patients - he only does the pilot thing and work situations - would be nice if they stated that explicitly instead of the blurb in which that is not actually stated.
After getting my X Ray Results back I was advised to go in and see the doctor however was never advised prior to the second visit that I had to pay the $110 fee again. Some comunication would have been nice considering I've already paid it once before. After explaining it to the rude lady at reception she was aragant enough to talk down at me and say this time round I will place it through Medicare It's not my fault you people said anything to me Stop treating your patients like cro and learn to be more courtious.
