I had a very disappointing experience at this medical centre. The reception staff who handle phone calls were extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. During my appointment, one of the GPs was rude and unprofessional, including chewing gum while speaking with me, which I found disrespectful and inappropriate in a medical setting. Their manner and attitude were not what I would expect from a GP. Overall, the level of professionalism was poor, and I would not recommend this clinic.
Was lucky at short notice to get an appointment with Dr Ben Holding at Territory Medical Centre (located in the Nightcliff Shopping Centre) Dr Holding is knowledgeable, compassionate and most of all made me feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend him as a GP.
Too expensive, they even make you go when your pathology results are all good just for 5 minutes to tell you that everything is OK and then they charge you for a full consultation. Even when I told them not to call me if everything is OK in my results.
My 1 year old got sick whilst we were on holidays and so we were forced to book a doctor in a place we weren't familiar with. The staff were great and got us in on the same day. No complains from us.
