Horrible customer service the staff lies to me repeatedly saying they will call me back concerning my issues and never do, the branch manager Cathy avoids my calls and doesn’t call me back, you’d be very smart NOT to bank here, they’ve gone to since the fires 100% nightmare of an experience with this bank that they seem not to care at all to fix.
My family in Lahaina and i have banked here for decades and this bank has gone to hell since the fires. They are handling my issue very unprofessionally and im sure illegally they held access from my account for going on 3 weeks now not giving me access to my online banking and not giving my access to my bank debit card and my money for weeks now and when i ve called for the past 3 weeks i get lied to by bank employees and the branch manager Cathy saying they will call me back and never do.
