Excellent customer service I have been banking at this location for years and have not run into any issues yet. The staff treats their customers with kindness and respect. Quick, efficient banking.
Rudest place ever. I used the ATM and went in to get change since it only did 20's and just asked for 10 one dollar bills, but since they are "limited" on money (Why are you even a bank) they only give change to customers with their bank. I just needed some ones for laundry to use in the coin exchange. They begrudging said "FINE, BUT THIS IS AN EXPECTATION DONT EXPECT IT NEXT TIME", like sorry? I just moved and wasn't prepared.
