Been banking here for as long as I can remember. Lots of different faces through the years, but everyone was helpful and polite. I’ve been helped by head teller Jennifer the most. She even took care of situations for me on the phone during Covid time when I was hesitant to go in. Jennifer always explains things well and doesn’t rush me out. I love Territorial savings because they don't have those horrific lines you find at the larger Banks. They have a great deal on safety deposit boxes for seniors and the amount you have to keep in your check down is very minimal and you still get a wee tiny teeny bit of interest. I never experienced any rude tellers at any of the branches I've been to and I've been to a whole lot of branches love this Bank.
The worst place to be for banking here in the Pearlridge branch. No greetings or even someone to check on us if we need something. We left and no turning back
The worst and definitely the rudest teller Jennifer works here. Avoid them. I’m finally canceling all my accounts with them.
Smart, fast, friendly teller staff. Helpful in every way. They never make you feel dumb or like you are bothering anyone. Straight A's.
