I've been a customer for a couple decades. Recently, I had to visit the branch for an administrative issue I couldn't complete online. No employees recognized me and I was shocked/saddened by the passive-aggressive and rude interaction I had with "Lon" the operations manager. I used to love this bank and respect the people who worked here. I was so disappointed by the harsh experience that as soon as I got home I discontinued my direct deposit.
