A few months ago I hired Urban Earth to completely gut my back yard and re-do it. It was a pleasure working with the landscape designer, however, she had to go on a medical leave about 2 days before the job was completed. My job was turned over to Steve, the owner. He has been extremely poor at communication, and does not even return phone calls. I have 5 dead bushes, a problem with my artificial turf, and also with my pavers. Raul Ortiz and his crew installed a new irrigation system at my home. They did and excellent job, answered all my questions. They were very professional and cleaned up after the work was completed.
Urban Earth Landscaping did an outstanding job transforming our front yard. They completely removed almost all of the existing landscaping and replaced it with decorative gravel, a new irrigation system, and beautiful new plantings. Jaime Reyna arrived as scheduled today and did a fantastic job. Not only did he replace the 3 plants I needed, he took extra effort to review the emitters and re-adjust where necessary and went the extra mile to re-arrange the 5 Ivy vines correcting for better exansion, and he answered my additional questions about my raised beds. He certainly adds to Urban Earth's good reputation. I will ask for him for any future needs I have. He needs to be well rewarded for his work! Thanks, Carol
Raul Ortiz and his crew did an amazing job. I only needed to have the grading redone at my new home to help with drainage and they went above and beyond! got rid of the weeds that blew in and removed left over cement and debris from the construction of the home.
