Went there because I had severe pains in my right hip. They diagnosed it and treated me for the symptoms. Everybody was helpful and cheerful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend all my friends to go there. Vince miller
My insurance company approved a referral from my Dr. For physical therapy at Terrio P.T. I called to schedule an appointment. They asked if this is a work related injury. I said its possible as I do have a closed claim ( I'm retired ) with my prior employer. They refused to see me even though I'm not going through my closed claim I'm going through my Insurance company who approved and is paying for this service! These folks don't want new customers apparently. They get my approved referral (24 sessiins) and choose not to contact me. So I contact them and then they tell me my billing codes are wrong. Tell me to call my Dr... Every time I have rec. Therapy the therapist calls. So with these people being so unwilling to help its a wonder they are in business.
Excellent Therapist Vey Gifted. The receptionist is extremely efficient and happy. This entire experience makes my day. They All do outstanding work. I appreciate you all at Terrio in Tehachapi!
