Terrigal Pacific Coastal Retreat was absolutely amazing. The rooms were bright, fresh and airy, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchenette was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare a meal as well as plates, crockery and cutlery etc. and a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Nothing was a problem, staff were friendly and approachable. Rude staff and cancelled our stay because we gave “attitude” when all we did was ask about their policy
The rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean. There is lots of mould (and other peoples hair) in the shower/bath. Unfortunately part of the reason for booking was so that I could have a nice bath, the other was for the "heated pool" which was not heated during the time we were there. Another guest told us that the heating had been on earlier in the day, but had been turned off and the pool had gotten a lot colder. Behind the beds and side tables were extremely dusty. Unfortunately the receptionist came across rude and racist - male man - we needed to book an extra room came down to reception to resolve this the receptionist yelled and was not helpful and came across aggressive. Reffered to the children rudely. Hoping this review gives some attention to the customer service.
