We had an amazing, relaxed stay. Chic, neat, quiet, and it truly felt like a retreat. It genuinely feels like the team here cares deeply about both the property and their guests. Douglas is a true gentleman - thoughtful, kind, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning.
I can only give 3 stars for the accommodation but 5 stars for location, with easy walk to town for restaurants and cafes and also very close to the beach. The accommodation is tired because it hasn't been updated since it first opened and it needs updating. Especially the bathroom, the grouting is showing it's age and wasn't very clean.
Our stay here was very good. Bed was super comfortable and the room was clean and serviced daily. There are stairs, and the shower is over the bath which might be difficult for someone with mobility issues and the only reason for not giving 5 stars. Only about 15 minute walk to Terrigal esplanade. Would definitely recommend.
